Below are our pricing for three options: new Cisco compatible, Cisco original new surplus/overstock and Cisco pre owned of the most common Cisco 10G SFPs. These are for the most popular 10G options. Just to let you know our failure rate on our optics for fiscal 2014-2016 was less than 1/10%. We are lower than Cisco’s optical failure rate by almost half. Our products are deployed in some very large companies through our distribution channels and we field very few RMA issues. We back these parts with a lifetime advance replacement warranty. If for some reason a part fails (which I highly doubt it will), we will overnight a replacement. No Issues with Smartnet in 14 years.
And the Magnuson Moss:
You cannot be required to add the Manufacturer’s memory, hard drive, or other OEM branded upgrade or accessory to maintain the warranty on the system. Also, the OEM Manufacturer cannot state that the system warranty is void if other brands (third-party) are used.
With our Advanced Replacement Lifetime Warranty, you are 100% covered in any scenario. If a system has an issue and an OEM service warranty call is made, the OEM service professional will diagnose the system. If the diagnosis comes in as a defective third party component, we will overnight replacement product and have the system up and running immediately. If the diagnosis came back with a separate issue, the OEM service professional is required to honor the warranty and fix said issue. In the end, you are 100% covered no matter the issue.
